Our Bootcamp sessions range from full body workouts, to Tabata training, circuits, core specific sessions and more.
Bootcamp Sessions take place on
Mondays - 6.00pm
Wednesdays - 6:00pm
(please arrive at least 15 mins early to each session to sign in)
Total Duration: approx. 60 mins (including warm up and cool down)
Our Bootcamp sessions are only $5.
You don't need to book in, just come along to our Centre and ask for Melinda or Stephen
Our Bootcamp is ALWAYS fun & supportive, catering to all fitness levels. And every new member receives a Complimentary Body Assessment.
