CobraFIT
CobraFIT is the latest exercise craze taking Australia by storm. If you want to get into the best shape of your life but don’t have much time and hate working out alone, then CobraFIT is for you.
CobraFIT is a special High Intensity Interval Resistance Training System designed to give you an all over body workout with particular emphasis on strengthening your core.
Each workout will burn up to 500 calories in just 35 minutes but CobraFIT is more than just a workout, it’s all about the right workout in combination with the right nutrition to get you into the best shape of your life. Each CobraFIT client goes through a special body scan so that we can assess the correct protein levels, hydration and other key factors that will help to boost your metabolism and trend you towards lean muscle.

Classes are $10 on a pay per session basis with no contract or commitment.

This class will teach you the correct technique for all the exercises that you'll be performing during the class.
Technique Classes are available 30 mins before most classes.
