why not come along and join in on our Fit Club Fitness Sessions.
Fit Club Sessions take place on
Mondays - 9:30am & 6.00pm
Wednesdays - 9:30am & 6:00pm
Fridays - 9.30am & 6:00pm
(please arrive at least 15 mins early to each session to sign in)
Total Duration: approx. 60 mins (including warm up and cool down)
Our Fit Club sessions are only $5.
You don't need to book in, just come along to our Centre and ask for Melinda or Stephen
Our Fit Club is ALWAYS fun and every new member receives a Complimentary Body Assessment.
