Fit Club / WalkFIT
Why not come along and join in on our Fit Club and / or WalkFIT Fitness Sessions.
Our Fit Club sessions range from full body workouts, to Tabata training, circuits, core specific sessions and more.
If Fit Club is a little high paced for you, or you just feel like a brisk walk to start off your day, then come along to WalkFIT.
Fit Club & WalkFIT Sessions take place on
Mondays - 6.00pm (Fit Club)
Wednesdays - 9:30am (WalkFIT) & 6:00pm (Fit Club)
Fridays - 9.30am (WalkFIT) & 6:00pm (Fit Club)
(please arrive at least 15 mins early to each session to sign in)
Total Duration: approx. 60 mins (including warm up and cool down)
Our Fit Club and WalkFIT sessions are only $5.
You don't need to book in, just come along to our Centre and ask for Melinda or Stephen
Our Fit Club and WalkFIT is ALWAYS fun and every new member receives a Complimentary Body Assessment.
